I have gathered all of the best professional and educational experiences important as a Therapist, I have also spent over a decade as a personal trainer, health coach and nutrition guide. The combined expertise allows me to use evidence based therapeutic practices, such as CBT, ACT combined with somatic and mindful practices.
The therapeutic approach I commonly use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on changing thought patterns, and Psychodynamic Therapy, which explores past experiences and unconscious conflicts.

I have worked in the field of social work helping individuals and families of individuals going through chronic illness, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, caregiving, communication issues, relationship issues, financial stressors, burn-out, and self-care. My experience has been mostly with adults, ages 18 – 80, but I also have some experience working with teenagers (16 and older) and couples.
