Hi, I’m Anahi Muñoz, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping you feel grounded, focused, and emotionally balanced. I provide holistic, results-driven care for adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions.
My approach is compassionate yet practical—I combine the precision of evidence-based psychiatry with the depth of supportive psychotherapy and mindfulness tools to help you not just cope, but truly thrive. Clients often describe our work as calming, clarifying, and life-changing, as we focus on restoring peace of mind, motivation, and self-trust.
Hi, I’m Jessica, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy in Connecticut and Florida. My personal experiences have deeply shaped the way I approach therapy and the kind of space I strive to create for clients. I know firsthand that healing and growth are rarely linear, and that support looks different for everyone. Because of that, I don’t believe therapy should feel rigid or “one size fits all.”
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can exhale a little, show up authentically, and talk openly about both the heavy things and the everyday moments that still matter. Yes, I absolutely want to hear about your stressful week, your latest life spiral, and how your pets are doing too. Alongside the deeper work, I believe there is real value in feeling comfortable enough to be fully yourself in session.
I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, supported, and never judged. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, stressors, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools, emotional insight, and confidence that feel sustainable outside of therapy. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more capable of navigating life with clarity, self-trust, and compassion.

I have been practicing as a therapist for 5 years, and specialize in working with mood disorders, attachment trauma, anxiety, addictions, kink, poly/ENM, life transitions, and interpersonal challenges. I am highly collaborative with my clients, and often weave humor and sarcasm into my sessions. Hi there! My name is Kayleigh, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida and Tennesee. I also have my PhD in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I have worked in private practice, in school settings, and at a non-profit facility. I have primarily provided therapy to adolescents and their families, but I also work with younger children and older adults providing individual, family, and couple therapy. I specialize in working with anxiety, identity issues, and stress management.
I wanted to become a psychotherapist since I was 9 years old, after reading an article written by a psychologist about fear. I got my BA in Psychology from Iona College and my master's from Yeshiva University. I began to provide psychotherapy after the aftermath of 9/11. I have provided psychotherapy at a hospital, schools, in-home, and at an outpatient clinic.
After overcoming some of my own personal struggles by utilizing therapy, I began my career in mental health with a deep passion for helping people find healing and purpose through some of life’s most difficult moments. Over the years, I’ve been privileged to work with people struggling with addictions and codependency, mental health issues, including bipolar, depression, anxiety, ADHD and others. My perspective as a therapist is eclectic, collaborative and client-centered, with each session thoughtfully tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals.
