When dealing with changes in life or difficulties that attempt to define us, we often try to solve these problems in isolation. Nathan (he/him/his) is a psychotherapist who utilizes proven cognitive, behavioral, and existential methods to conduct effective therapy. With training and experience in AEDP, CBT, ACT, DBT, and Logotherapy, he is qualified and skilled at collaborating with clients to deliver the most effective therapy approach to each individual.
Nathan has over a dozen years of professional experience in various leadership and support roles. He holds his MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado and his MBA from the University of Denver. He is fully licensed in the state of New York as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University, earned in 2003. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, adults, and families through life’s challenges in both outpatient and school-based mental health settings.
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from a blend of psychodynamic therapy, relational approaches, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and Encompass co-occurring treatment to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.
I’m also continuing to expand my training in integrative and somatic therapies, incorporating more body-based approaches alongside traditional talk therapy to support healing as a whole-person process.
