Who am I? What do I want? And how do I move forward from here? These are the questions that bring many people to therapy—and the questions I’m passionate about exploring. I’m Ron Saenz, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Houston. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through both insight and embodied experience. I draw from neuroscience, somatic awareness, and the wisdom of practices like meditation, yoga, martial arts, and flow states to help clients reconnect with themselves in deeper, more meaningful ways.
Hello and welcome! I'm Tracey Arnold, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds. Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside individuals and families during some of their most difficult and transformative moments. These experiences have deepened my belief in the healing power of authentic connection and compassionate care.
My approach is grounded in building a safe, trusting space where you feel truly seen and supported. I specialize in helping clients navigate family stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex issues such as dating and domestic violence. I understand how deeply personal and unique each healing journey is—and I’m here to meet you exactly where you are.
It’s a privilege to be part of your growth, and I look forward to encouraging and empowering you every step of the way.
We live in challenging times, and it’s often hard to know what to do in the face of adversity, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I believe in your ability to overcome life’s obstacles and create a life based on emotional stability and joy.
I and my staff work primarily with adolescents, adults, and couples with issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, gender identity, grief, and marital/relationship strife.
I’m glad you’re here. I have extensive experience supporting survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, human trafficking, and other forms of complex trauma. I’m certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), which are evidence-based approaches designed to treat trauma, PTSD, and related symptoms. Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, emotional overwhelm, dissociation, grief, and burnout related to past or ongoing experiences.
As a foster and adoptive parent, I also support foster and adoptive families through a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) lens. I understand how trauma can impact attachment, behavior, and relationships for both children and caregivers. In addition, I work with individuals experiencing prenatal and postpartum mental health concerns, including postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, identity shifts, and the emotional challenges that can come with parenthood.
I also support clients struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and emotional relationships with food. Whether you are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, eating concerns, or life transitions, my goal is to create a safe, affirming, and compassionate space where you can process difficult experiences and begin meaningful healing.
I received my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas A&M University - Central Texas. I have experience working with adults struggling with life transitions, relationship issues, identity, rejection, low self-esteem, and anxiety/stress management. I utilize a person-centered, strength-based approach that incorporates methods from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Ecotherapy.
I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, chronic pain, and ADHD. These challenges can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. But you don’t have to go through it alone. I bring not only my professional expertise but also my own personal experience of healing. I know firsthand how intimidating and overwhelming the journey can be. That’s why I’m committed to walking alongside you as a compassionate guide offering tools, empathy, and a safe space for you to explore your past, present, and the future you want to create.
I graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Social Work. While working with a wide range of populations, including teenagers, couples, and substance-using populations, I have had the opportunity to work with middle, and high school students in a school.
I moved to Texas in 2021 with my three youngest children (15, 16, and 20). I’m so excited to be back near the Latino culture, While I’m not there yet, my goal is to regain my previous Spanish language skills and become more fluent!
