A very warm hello! I’m so glad to meet you, and I look forward to teaching you fascinating techniques to help you accomplish your counseling goals. Psychology is my passion, and for 25 years, I’ve worked to learn the most effective therapies. I use the latest in Neuro Psycho therapy along with Cognitive Behavioral therapy, EMDR, and other therapies to help my Clients. As a ‘mature’ woman, I have plenty of real life experience to back up professional training, as such, I specialize in all areas of Women’s issues.
Welcome, I am a veteran of the United States Army, and became a Substance Use Counselor after becoming a civilian again. Life can be a struggle and many times our past experiences tend to hold us back. I thrive seeing my clients move into the present day and plan for a bright future. I am a God-fearing Christian and feel that nobody should be turned down for mental health services so please contact me and let's start this journey to tomorrow together.
NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS I offer medication management for mental disorders such as mood disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, Bipolar Disorders and so much more. I love working with children, teenagers and adults and I am passionate about what I do.
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying stress, trauma, relationship challenges, or emotional pain on your own. You may feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, anger, or unhealthy coping strategies that make it hard to move forward. I work with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and build healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to others. Whether you’re navigating personal struggles, past trauma, or life transitions, therapy can be a space where you finally feel heard, supported, and understood.
