I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting people through life transitions, relationship challenges, and the struggle to reclaim their personal autonomy. I specialize in helping people heal from toxic relationships, set healthy boundaries, and overcome guilt and anxiety.
I have worked in Education since 1996. I started in the UK, and have worked in Germany, Sweden, Canada and the US. I am a High School Counselor and have been providing therapy for almost 2 years.
I grew up in Scotland and have lived here for almost 15 years. I have two daughters and am loving being Granny to 4 delightful grandchildren.
I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard and supported. I pride myself on being a proactive advocate for my clients, ensuring that every strategy we implement is tailored to their unique long-term goals.
I offer a compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming space where you can show up as you are. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD and autism, including folks exploring late-in-life diagnosis, self-identification, or simply trying to understand themselves better. I’m also training in Gottman Method couples counseling and have extensive experience supporting polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous relationships, so relationship work here is inclusive, practical, and judgment-free.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified teacher who provides therapy to individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. I bring a strong background in both educational and clinical settings, which allows me to offer a developmentally informed and structured approach to treatment.
I earned my undergraduate degree from Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts and completed my Master of Social Work at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also have a strong understanding of the unique stressors experienced by military members, veterans, and their families.
