I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist committed to supporting individuals in navigating life's challenges and achieving personal growth.
I typically work with individuals who are struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Suicidal Ideation, and Self-Harm, as well as individuals who struggle with the symptoms and behaviors associated with ADHD.
Goal setting is very uniquely tailored to each individual I work with, and I ensure that goals are specific to the needs and desires of the individual.
I became a therapist because I know the importance of feeling like someone is in your corner. What drives me is seeing those I work with succeed and thrive in their environments and amongst the people who matter most.
Sometimes a thoughtful conversation with the right person can make all the difference. As an experienced therapist, husband, and father, I bring both professional training and real-life wisdom to help people navigate life’s challenges. Over many years of both life and clinical work, I’ve had the privilege of helping people move through difficult seasons, gain clarity, and reconnect with their strengths. Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you’re returning after time away, it’s normal to feel uncertain. Our first conversation is simply a starting point. I often work with people facing life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, seeking clarity and a practical path forward. Together, we’ll slow things down, understand what’s happening, and identify steps that help move you forward. If you are going through a difficult season, you don't have to navigate it alone.
Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California, and have extensive experience in the mental health field. I have a strong and diverse background working both with veterans at the VA, and entertainment industry clients at the Entertainment Community Fund. I have been in private practice for the past several years. I enjoy helping adults at different stages to navigate life transitions and challenges. If you are a college student entering adulthood needing support, a young adult in your 20s or 30s trying to forge your path, or an older adult adjusting to retirement, I can offer skills, insight and a helping hand to empower your personal growth. I can work with you on issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems and chronic health conditions, and also have specialized training to help you process trauma and address PTSD, often stemming from childhood and family experiences.
When a teen is struggling, the whole family can feel it. I work with teens and parents facing emotional overwhelm, behavior challenges, family conflict, and stress. Therapy with me is supportive, engaging, and focused on practical tools you can use in daily life. My goal is to help families feel more connected, understood, and hopeful.
Hi! I’m Nia. I specialize in supporting women who: are stuck in their thoughts, who feel as if they’re not enough; have fear of the unknown; are going through shattered trust of infidelity and the grief of divorce & ended relationships, the fog and intrusive thoughts of postpartum, & the mental load of parenting. After our work together, women share that they feel lighter & more confident in themselves. When relationships are impacted, I offer couples therapy to help rebuild connection and intimacy.
Hi there, My name is Ravina D. Wadhwani, M.Ed, LPCC, a licensed therapist with a deeply personal mission for curating a therapy space where individuals feel brave to heal, grow, unlearn and embrace alignment with their authentic selves. .
I learned (in my own journey) that silencing myself was safer, people pleasing was favorable, and putting myself in the back row was more acceptable, rather than being my authentic, full self. I learned that it was normal to live in the shadows with anxiety, trauma and depression looming in the shadows. In my own healing journey, I’ve been fortunate to access spaces in which I could unlearn cultural trauma, and conditioning, process my wounds and center my voice. As a professional artist and therapist, I learned to embrace the fact that my story matters --and I just know that yours does too.
As your therapist, I strive to create a warm, purposeful space where therapy can feel authentic to your vibe. Therapy is not a one size fits all journey and it shouldn’t feel cold, rigid, or orchestrated by someone with their own agenda. I strive and take pride in developing our therapeutic relationship. I understand and respect the value of your time and know that it takes an intentional choice to be here- one I do not take lightly.
I cannot wait to work with you as a witness in your healing journey as you navigate life, your symptoms, diagnoses and more. Together we’ll explore, identify, unlearn, re-learn, embrace, and go from surviving to aligning.
Are you are experiencing verbal and/or mental abuse from a romantic partner, a parent, sibling, friend, co-worker? Do you struggle with your own internal thoughts (e.g. "you’re not good enough”, "it's all your fault", “you are not a priority”). Maybe you’ve lost someone and you’re grieving. You are emotionally exhausted because of the pain you hide and the inability to say "no". You tell yourself the good is good but the bad is bad. You're scared and confused on what to do or how to "fix" things. These experiences create rumination, avoidance, trauma, anxiety, and more.
I focus my clinical work with adults (BIPOC, college students, young professionals, creatives, first/second-gen adults) who have been facing and overcoming emotional wounds, self-worth struggles, race related stress, cultural identity conflicts, anxiety, and depression. In our work together, we can understand patterns and be curious of emotional reactions and responses. Being able to look inward can be a courageous next step into finding wholeness and into creating change.
I'm currently accepting in person clients only for Sunday's & Monday's.
Growing up in California, Colorado and Tennessee concocted a Midwestern warmth with an open-mindedness and appreciation of our differences. These experiences gave me a curiosity for how humans develop in their environments and with their unique histories, leading me to pursue psychology.
I studied Political Science at Vanderbilt University before a seven year tenure in the corporate world. I am grateful for this experience as it has added depth and perspective to my work with clients. In 2014 I began my counseling psychology degree at The Wright Institute in Berkeley and then completed my training in San Francisco. My training journey encompassed internships at community mental health clinics, elementary and high schools, group therapy practices, and social service sites where I received intensive supervision in a variety of modalities. I regularly attend trainings and consult with colleagues to hone my craft and provide the best possible care.
I strive to create a comfortable environment where you feel safe to be your true self. Im here as a trusted partner that you can confide in, but also to challenge you and help you grow. I often will give you homework/activities /reflections/ to focus on in-between sessions.
