Since 2018, I’ve been walking alongside individuals as they navigate the complexities of life, and more recently, I’ve dedicated my practice to supporting parents through the highs and lows of the prenatal and postpartum period. Hi there! My name is Dr. Catherine Nash and I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience supporting adult individuals from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, women’s mental health, and other psychological challenges with a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, promoting overall health and wellness.
I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between mental health and overall well-being, which led me to pursue a career in psychology. My passion for serving underserved populations grew through experiences in behavioral medicine within an integrated primary care model, where I saw the profound impact of mental health on overall health. Over time, I’ve focused my practice on women’s mental health, addressing trauma, emotional well-being, and co-occurring conditions. I strive to create safe, culturally sensitive spaces where clients can explore, grow, and thrive, with an approach centered on empathy, education, and empowerment.
I am a LCSW with experience working with individuals, couples and families, in a variety of clinical settings including the film & TV industry, Hollywood community MH, LA LBGTQ Center, and Braille Institute.
