I’m a trauma-focused therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate deep-seated emotions, uncover past experiences, and develop healthier, more fulfilling connections. With a background in Adlerian theory and yoga philosophy, I offer a holistic approach that combines mindfulness, emotional resilience, and self-awareness to promote personal growth and healing. I specialize in grief, trauma, and life transitions, using trauma-informed tools like somatic therapy and energy work alongside traditional talk therapy. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I provide a compassionate space to support your transformative journey. Let's work together to achieve clarity, healing, and emotional balance.
I completed my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have been licensed for more than 8 years. I've gained valuable experience working with clients across numerous agencies and 4 years of private practice to assist couples, individuals, and families like you to address anxiety, depression, trauma, work stress, couples therapy, divorce/break ups, and grief/loss.
As a therapist, I focus on reducing vulnerabilities & increasing positive outcomes to help my clients move through life's difficulties & find ways to thrive! As a Safe Space ally for culturally diverse, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, sex positive, non-monogamous, & kink allied clients, I work to provide a supportive environment for those across the spectrum & cultures. I work with adults 18 & over to help them thrive within their own unique strengths. **no evening or weekend availability at this time
Hi, I’m Victoria Abinader, a neurodivergent Marriage and Family Therapist (yep — I have ADHD!) who’s deeply passionate about helping others better understand themselves, their relationships, and the systems that shape them.
I hold a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and a M.A. in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy and my clinical work has been shaped by my own lived experience with mental health, executive dysfunction, and constantly trying to keep up with life.
