Many individuals seek therapy because they feel stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, struggle with communication, or want to become a healthier version of themselves. You may find it difficult to express your needs, set boundaries, manage conflict, or maintain emotional connection in your relationships. I work with individuals navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and personal growth. I help clients improve communication, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier coping skills. Together, we work toward stronger relationships, emotional healing, and lasting change.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My clients can expect a therapist that is engaged and interactive in the process. I provide feedback during every session and value feedback from the client as well. I believe one of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to develop a strong therapeutic alliance.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I enjoy working with adults ages 18-65. I have significant experience working with college age and graduate students.
Hi, I’m Tammy. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive conversation—a two-sided dialogue built on warmth, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand your unique story.
As a therapist, I am dedicated to creating a safe and open-minded environment where we can work together to turn your challenges into strengths
I am a licensed psychologist with 20 years of experience providing therapy to adults. I specialize in helping people feel more confident in themselves and in their relationships.
