I support clients in advocating for themselves and overcoming obstacles that prevent healing. I desire to relieve pain and instill hope while concentrating on achievable objectives. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
Hi! My name is Wendy Pugh. I graduated with a master's in social work from The Ohio State University, and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I enjoy working with people of all ages and from all walks of life. I specialize in treating LGBTQIA issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues.
Congratulations on your courageous decision to seek help! Self-awareness is the first step to change and I go above and beyond to help those like you who choose to actively help themselves. Understand that the path to self-discovery and growth is not easy. It involves commitment, personal investment, and a desire to delve into the process of growth, healing, and self-love.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress, struggling to navigate relationship hurdles, or finding it hard to stay motivated? Taking the first step toward therapy takes immense courage, and I’m glad you’re here.
With over 16 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and families navigate the complexities of anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you or your child can feel truly heard.
Whether we are working through depression or building your confidence, we will work collaboratively to help you find the tools you need to move forward. I look forward to supporting you on this journey."
