You might feel misunderstood, overwhelmed by mood changes, or unsure how to navigate relationships in a way that feels natural or fulfilling. Whether you’re dealing with depression, bipolar patterns, or feeling “different” in social or emotional spaces, it can be exhausting trying to figure it out on your own.
I work with adults, including neurodivergent individuals, who want to better understand themselves, improve relationships, and feel more steady and connected in their daily lives. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, supported, and able to be fully yourself.
Hi, I’m Hailey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Collective Living Counseling Services. I work closely with adults navigating anxiety, grief, OCD, ADHD, and autism spectrum experiences, and I aim to create a space that feels steady, respectful, and supportive. My style is collaborative and practical, focusing on both meaningful insight and tools you can use in daily life. I believe therapy should feel human, intentional, and tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Hi, I’m Lindsey. I’m a therapist, an adoptee, and someone who deeply believes in the power of feeling truly seen. Coming out of the fog in my own adoption journey helped me realize that being a therapist isn’t just what I do—it’s my calling. I know how meaningful it can be to have a space where you don’t have to explain yourself or hold it all together. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free environment where you can be fully yourself—where we can gently process the hard stuff and make room to notice and celebrate the good, too.
I take a holistic approach to therapy, understanding that your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences are all deeply connected. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I create a space where you can show up as you are without pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll look beyond surface-level symptoms to understand what’s really going on underneath. My goal is to help you find clarity, feel more grounded, and create meaningful, lasting change that actually fits your life.
Happy to meet you!
I've been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 11 years. I have shifted my focus from children to adults 19+ over the past 5 years and work primarily with individuals struggling with anxiety and/or depression. I believe brain health is important and contributes greatly to overall satisfaction in life.
I work with women navigating life transitions-whether that includes changes in relationships, identity, health, grief and loss, or simply feeling disconnected from who you once were. Many of the women I support find themselves at a crossroads, feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or ready for something to shift but unsure where to begin.
