

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor desiring to help individuals thrive in their life. I am dedicated to serving children, adults, and families alike with compassion and encouragement. I work with each patient to create a meaningful plan for their time in therapy. My style is a client centered, client first approach. I maintain a trauma-informed environment while utilizing evidenced based practices, such as Motivational Interviewing and CBT. I work with individuals who are feeling stuck, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected-from themselves or others. I am prepared to assist with multiple Mental Health struggles, including anxiety, depression, and the effects of experiencing trauma. For 15 years, I assisted Family Court litigants and children of litigants navigate the Family Court process. I have a total of 20 years of experience working in the field in a variety of settings and positions.
I am a LCSW that is trauma informed. I have experience working with women that have had pregnancy complications, loss, and women that may be experiencing post partum depression. I work with parents on attachment and challenges that parenting may bring to the family.
Soledad Pirro, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC is a dual-board-certified family and psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who has combined expertise in primary and psychiatric care. She offers holistic, evidence-based Telehealth services and is committed to a nonjudgmental, client-centered focus. Her practice helps individuals enhance physical and emotional well-being through individualized care.
