Flavia Robey, PMHNP-BC, is a bilingual (English & Portuguese) psychiatric nurse practitioner with Brazilian and European roots and the ability to communicate in basic Spanish. A former Dentist (DDS) from Brazil who later earned her BSN and PMHNP in the United States, Flavia brings a rich multicultural perspective and a compassionate presence to mental health care.
Her practice is grounded in integrative psychiatry, honoring the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. She thoughtfully blends psychotropic treatment with genetic testing, nutritional neuroscience, micronutrient assessment, and lifestyle-based strategies to support whole-person healing.
Guided by a personal philosophy of slowing down, gratitude, and spiritual grounding, Flavia creates a warm and collaborative space where patients feel truly seen, heard, and supported on their journey toward balance and resilience.
I am ready to listen and to help you in any way I can. I have helped many people reduce anxiety and depression and I would like to help you as well. I have worked with college students, new moms, men, people dealing with work/life balance, grief and loss and older adults who are going through various issues such as struggles with their adult children and health issues. Let's turn some of those tears into laughter. Let's talk.
My name is Carmen Hernandez and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe in the power of healing and overcoming life's challenges. I have experience treating mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD).
Welcome! I specialize in evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism, trauma-related concerns, grief, and life transitions. I work with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, first responders, veterans, and families seeking structured support and meaningful change.
I use compassion, warmth, and a touch of humor to help clients feel safe, understood, and at ease during our work together. I also strive to create a supportive environment where clients can explore challenges without judgment and reconnect with their strengths.
Therapeutically, I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed practices, psychodynamic approaches, DBT skills, mindfulness, and strengths-based coaching to support clarity, healing, and growth at each client’s pace.
Inspired by the Tibetan Buddhist concept of the Four Immeasurables—happiness, joy, compassion, and equanimity—my practice reflects a commitment to cultivating emotional resilience and deeper wellbeing in everyday life.
Whether you're seeking support through stress, trauma, neurodivergence, identity development, or life transitions, my role is to walk with you, guide you, and help you discover meaningful change from the inside out.
I am a Mental Health Counselor, licensed in NY, MA, NJ, NH, RI, KS, UT, WI, IN, AR, and OR, with over 20 years experience in the counseling field. I have had experience assisting clients with a wide range of concerns, such as, parenting issues, family/personal relationships, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, and anger management.
I believe therapy should be a safe space for you to work towards your goals, without any judgment. Rather than feeling alone, a therapist should assist you on your journey to build the life you have envisioned, while understanding that you are the expert in your own life. I will be that therapist for you. I am passionate about assisting others to understand how their past impacts their current, in order to move forward to their future. I have experience working with those who have experienced trauma, endure the daily challenges of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and borderline personality disorder, and/or deal with LGBTQ+ issues.
I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from New York University and have experience working across a variety of settings, including outpatient counseling, community work, and crisis intervention.
My goal is to help my clients find a greater sense of purpose in life. My practice focuses on individual therapy for late teens, young adults, and middle-aged adults. If you are ready to set and achieve your personal goals, I am here to walk alongside you. I will provide you with a safe space to explore your thoughts, emotions and memories.
I will challenge the way you think, help you establish coping skills, teach you effective communication, and ultimately be the best version of yourself!
My goal is to free you up to live your life uninterrupted from negative feelings and doubt. It would be a sincere pleasure to get to know you and work with you on your journey to feel like your best self.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Florida and NJ. Feel free to reach out for an initial consultation to see if we would be a good fit!
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
I specialize in working with individuals who are balancing demanding responsibilities whether in caregiving roles, professional environments, or complex family systems and feel overwhelmed trying to manage everything on their own. I also work with professionals in healthcare, education, and other helping roles who are experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, or role-related stress.
My clinical background includes leadership roles in hospital-based behavioral health programs, including intensive community treatment and outpatient mental health services. I bring that depth of experience into my private practice by offering structured, practical support that helps clients regain stability, clarity, and confidence during difficult periods.
