Within my practice, I utilize Brainspotting, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma focused, play therapy, and solution focused therapy to aid in reaching a state of homeostasis.

I offer both in-person and virtual services to ensure accessibility and convenience for those seeking support for their mental health needs.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals find stability, purpose, and confidence in their lives. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University and have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges such as ADHD, anger management, and substance use disorders.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve as the Director of a nonprofit organization that provides housing and support for adults in recovery from mental health and substance use issues. This experience has deepened my understanding of how complex life circumstances, environment, and support systems impact lasting change.
I also sit on the Board of the Garden State Association of Recovery Residences (GSARR), where I advocate for ethical standards and quality care across recovery housing programs.

My background is in working with children and young adults with Autism, school-aged children and their families support navigating times of stress, conflict, anger, anxiety and grief. I also have experience working with older adults. I have worked in schools, community-based agencies and residential programs.
