Greetings & welcome. As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I offer brief therapy & medication management to adolescents & adults. Medication is not the best fit for everyone & together we can find your path.
I hold a certification in Wellness Counseling from Cornell University & believe that diet, activity and spending time doing what nourishes you, all contribute to healing. Together we can explore your goals & treatment options.
Therapy has the potential to be a transformative experience. I have found people realize the benefit of therapy when they learn how to communicate and advocate for themselves compassionately, practice setting better boundaries, love themselves and others more fully, start to listen to their feelings as teachers and compasses pointing to important lessons, and when they begin to trust themselves as they are, to live authentically and unapologetically. Therapy with me is informed by Social Justice, Allyship, Anti-Racism and is Affirming of all Identities, including, Neurodivergent, Sexual, and Gender.

In therapy, it's important for you to know that I'm here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. My approach is collaborative and compassionate—I’ll work with you to understand your experiences and help you move toward meaningful change. I value honesty, curiosity, and respect, and I’ll always meet you where you are emotionally and mentally. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin; we’ll navigate this process together at your pace.

I am a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) offering comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits remotely via telemedicine throughout the state of Florida. I provide medication management and brief psychotherapy to adolescents, adults specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder and Couples Therapy
With all the possible stressors in life, it can sometimes be difficult to know what is keeping us from being the best version of ourselves. In my practice, we will identify what is working and explore possible areas for change. No matter your struggles, the goal will be to help you identify and build on your strengths and become the person you aspire to be. My first goal is to create a supportive environment where you can feel heard and understood. We will focus on your unique lived experiences, including how both personal and social factors can influence the ways you live and grow in the world.
