Hi there! My name is Libby and I am happy you’re here. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been providing therapy for clients for six years.
I'm a RegisteredPlay Therapist & mom of 3 boys and 3 step-sons! We all need a little help sometimes and that's ok. After SU I continued my therapy education through intense trainings in Multicultural Systemic Therapy (Dr. Ken Hardy, LMFT), Suicide Safer Care (NYSOMH), and Play Therapy. I am Certified in AutPlay Therapy, a neurodiversity affirming family-based play therapy. I have worked in school-based play therapy for several years. I love working with children and their families to create loving, lasting connections.
I’m a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University, and I specialize in working with adults navigating addiction, trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices that support healing and personal growth.
With a background in both outpatient and community-based settings, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of life’s most difficult moments. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward change. Whether you're managing overwhelming emotions, healing from past trauma, or working toward sobriety, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward at your own pace.
I welcome clients from all walks of life and believe therapy should feel like a supportive partnership. If you're ready to begin or continue your healing journey, I look forward to working with you.
Hello! I'm Carla, a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. My work is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping you build the emotional resilience and clarity you need to navigate life’s challenges.
I specialize in working with adults & adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues.
I'm so glad you're here. Taking the first step toward seeking support is a brave and meaningful act, and I want to honor that courage. It's an honor to walk alongside people as they navigate life's challenges, find their inner strengths, and move toward a greater sense of peace and wholeness. You don’t have to do this alone. Together, we’ll work toward healing, clarity, and self-trust.
My hope is to empower you with the tools and insights you need to build a life you feel good about. If you feel a connection to my approach, I invite you to reach out. I'm here to answer any questions and explore if we're a good fit to work together.
I consider it a privilege when someone makes the decision to work with me and change their life. As we embark on this journey,I building on trust, I assist clients in the process of healing and building a new life.
A warm hello and thank you for landing here! It happens, even when you are someone who can be strong when you need to, there are times when reaching out for support can be helpful. Wherever you've been, your journey has brought you to where you are right now, to a place of tending to what matters. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, ADHD, life changes and stressors, relationships, school/work, or current or past trauma, I am happy to help.
