I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, specializing in clients who identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community. I use mindfulness, trauma informed therapy, grief informed treatment, CBT, and other modalities to provide each client with the treatment that best fits their needs.
Hello! I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a nursing career in psychiatry that spans over a decade. I have experience serving a diverse patient population in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings.
I grew up in NYC and I received my Master's Degree in Nursing from University of Rochester.
I became a social worker because I believe people are more capable of change than they are often given credit for—they need the right support to get there.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience working with individuals, families, and couples of all ages. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and mood disorders, ADHD, autism, and emotional dysregulation — but I'm always focused on the whole person, not just the diagnosis. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, because some of the most powerful change happens when the people around you understand you better, too.
I would be honored to be a part of your life and help you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked with many trauma survivors. I began trauma focused work as a counselor at a domestic violence shelter working with women and then began working with a wide range of crime victims. I began using EMDR in my practice to have better efficacy in treatment and to accelerate the healing process. I spent three years working on a DBT team delivering comprehensive DBT and facilitated DBT groups with adults, adolescents and parents.
