I’m a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience working in hospitals, residential treatment centers, outpatient clinics, and school settings. I work with adolescents and adults, offering both short- and long-term psychotherapy. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual abuse or assault, questions related to sexual orientation and gender identity, and personality-related challenges.
After 18 years as a psychologist, working with adults and couples, I have the experience and skills to build a treatment program that fits your needs, and to keep the therapy feeling safe and comfortable. I have an open-minded, sensitive, and collaborative approach to therapy.
I am here to partner with you as you examine your life and look for meaning, direction, and greater joy. My background is in family systems and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am most strongly aligned with Positive Psychology, which helps us build resilience to cope with life's challenges and improve relationships.
I find it so rewarding to participate in the healing process and help others accomplish goals and gain mastery over their inner and outer worlds.
I am curious to hear your story!
