I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from New York University's Silver School of Social work. Prior to earning my master's degree, I studied Music Therapy and Psychology at Berklee College of Music. After finishing my undergraduate Degree at Berklee I worked as a Music Therapist at Children's Hospital Los Angeles and then worked for two years at an inpatient Psychiatric Hospital in LA. Working as a Music Therapist was fulfilling but left me feeling like I wanted to help get at the root of my client's trauma and have a deeper impact on their lives. After finishing my Master's I worked as a family therapist for a preventative program funded by Child Protective Services, I then transitioned to a group practice based in Brooklyn serving a diverse client caseload. I have now been working in private practice for over four years working primarily with women with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, perfectionism and body-image related issues.
Complex, confusing, & overwhelming, life tests our limits. While I am a realist about this, I am also a believer. I am willing to accept things as they are, yet I believe we have the fortitude to adjust & evolve as we move through the world. Being an athlete shaped this view & I want to share what I've learned about showing up authentically. With a background in neuroscience, I am also interested in identifying how blocks in functioning stem from prior trauma. We will connect the dots together!

Many of the adults I work with grew up feeling unseen—whether because of childhood trauma, emotionally unavailable parents, or painful relationship patterns. Those early experiences can stay with us, shaping the way we see ourselves and connect with others. Over time, it can feel like you’re stuck in the same cycles, questioning your worth, or struggling to build the relationships you want.
Becoming a therapist felt like a natural calling: a way to combine compassion with practical tools to help people heal, grow, and find balance. Over the years, I’ve seen how therapy can transform lives—restoring hope, strengthening relationships, and helping clients rewrite the stories they tell themselves. That transformation is what inspires me every day to do this work with warmth, empathy, and genuine care. I absolutely love what I do and I feel very blessed to do this work everyday.
