I began my professional life as a teacher, and that experience continues to shape the way I connect with people in therapy. I earned both my BA and MA in Education and spent 20 years in a variety of teaching roles before pursuing a master’s degree in Counseling. I later completed my doctoral degree in clinical psychology and have been practicing as a therapist for the past five years. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and OCD.
I also bring many years of experience providing neurodivergent-affirming therapy, and I value creating a space where people feel understood, supported, and accepted as they are.
Accepting new clients, I utilize an eclectic type of therapy. I have experience working with teens and adults including the Military, law enforcement, fire department, and healthcare workers. I hope to help individuals identify what is happening in their life journey.
