

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working in a variety of settings supporting individuals navigating PTSD, addiction, and recovery from domestic violence and relational trauma. I have worked in community mental health, treatment programs, and trauma-informed environments, giving me a deep understanding of the complex challenges these populations face.
My approach is trauma-focused, attachment-based, and grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are — without judgment — and partnering together toward meaningful, measurable healing.
