I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist specializing in maternal mental health. Perhaps you had your first baby and find yourself overwhelmed with the transition of taking care of a newborn. Or maybe you are a mom of 3 and find yourself feeling depressed and anxious. From my clinical experience spanning over a decade, as well as my personal experience as a mom, I can help you gain tools to manage your emotions and get stronger as a mom.

I also have experience working with dually diagnosed individuals and those navigating substance use alongside other mental health challenges, so no matter what you're carrying, I've likely sat with someone in a similar place.
