I’m a Dallas-based, full-time telehealth therapist in private practice, serving all of Texas.
The serious: I have spent about 9 years working with eating disorders, at every level of care. During 2 of those years, I also worked at a non-profit community center. I specialized mainly in working with first offenders, self-harm, family issues, gender identity, LGBTQ+/SOGI, and couples. I then spent a year in a Case Manager position, where I advocated with insurance companies to ensure that clients receiving eating disorder treatment in Texas were getting services authorized by their insurance plans.
The fun: I’m mom to 2 pretty bad-ass teenagers, a best friend to several gorgeous people, always ADHD, and an ever-learning partner. My friends, family, clients, and polycule are the most important things on the planet to me. Not directly related, but we love cats around these parts. Four things that always make me happy: good coffee, The Office, a good eyeshadow palette, and fresh hydrangeas
Hi, I’m Liz, a therapist who believes healing starts with feeling truly seen and heard. My approach is gentle but direct, and I focus on what’s actually working in your life while finding small, realistic steps toward change. Many of the people I work with are women navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, or the challenges of motherhood. I also understand that sometimes we’re not trying to thrive , we’re just trying to survive in a world that can feel heavy and unpredictable. My goal is to help you make sense of that survival mode, find steadiness within it, and slowly reconnect with you again.
Hello there, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas. I received my Masters from Southern University at New Orleans and have been practicing for 16 years. I help my clients struggling with life stressors and issues to become the best version of themselves. Are you ready to become the best you that you can be?
My work as a Licensed Professional Counselor has evolved through both professional training and profound personal experience. After the birth of my first child, I found myself carrying not only physical pain but a deep sense of disconnection. It was an experience where I listened to every voice but my own. That season left me questioning my body, my instincts, and my inner wisdom.
With the birth of my second child, something shifted. The experience felt empowering, attuned, and deeply authentic. I listened inward. I trusted my body. I witnessed firsthand how powerful and intelligent the human body truly is when we feel safe enough to connect with it.
Through that journey, I rediscovered something foundational: the body is wise. Our minds and bodies are constantly communicating with us. Yet many life experiences—trauma, stress, conditioning, cultural expectations—teach us to override or silence those signals. Healing, I believe, is often about remembering how to listen again. It's a homecoming.
