

Stephanie is a Clinical Social Worker who uses evidence-based approaches grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and has specialized training in Couples Therapy. For over 20 years she has supported people navigating behavioral and emotional challenges. Her experience in nonprofits, schools, and hospitals gives her a broad and adaptable perspective.
Aubry received her Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy with an emphasis in Military Family Therapy from Northcentral University. Aubry received her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Montana.
Aubry would describe herself as a straight-shooter, values direct communication and thus loves working with couples/relationship dynamics where accountability and empathy collide.
I graduated from Texas A&M -Commerce in December of 2014 with a master is counseling. I am trained in family counseling, and untraditional families(LGBTQ and poly) counseling.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with teens, adults, and children ages 7 and older navigating anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel understood and supported. I draw from person-centered therapy, attachment work, mindfulness, and I’m trained in EMDR to help process past experiences. I especially enjoy working with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
