I am a warm, empathetic therapist who values collaboration and authenticity. I take a practical, solution-oriented approach while honoring your unique experiences and perspective. I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel seen, understood, and supported, and I aim to provide tools and strategies that help you express yourself, communicate confidently, and engage fully in life. I meet clients where they are and work alongside them to build confidence, self-awareness, and balance.
Congratulations on taking the first steps toward a happier and healthier life! It can be difficult to reach out and ask for support and I am here to help you see this as a sign of strength, not weakness. If you are feeling stuck in the past, overwhelmed with life, or working toward ridding yourself of an unhealthy habit I am here to help.
I understand that reaching out for help can feel daunting, but taking that first step is a powerful part of the healing process. If you’re ready to explore how therapy can support you in creating lasting change, I’d love to connect. Together, we can work toward building resilience, enhancing your well-being, and achieving the goals that matter most to you. Let’s take that first step together—I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Many of the solutions we seek are already inside of us. They can be hard to find, but it is possible. Using talk therapy and emotional regulation skills, we’ll work together to identify goals and practices that fit with the life you’re eager to live. I will provide compassionate, steady support as you navigate anxiety, depression, family or relationship challenges, recovery from addiction, and the impacts of ADHD.
I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and always consider cultural and social context. I also collaborate with other therapists to offer educational and support groups several times a year. Using a combination of physical, emotional, and cognitive tools, we’ll work to improve daily functioning, strengthen coping skills, and increase the joy and ease in your life.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Regis University, and I work with adults across a variety of life stages and transitions.
I received both my bachelors in Anthropology and my masters in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Northern Colorado (go Bears!). I also spent a year interning in the bereavement counseling center at Pathways Hospice, and before becoming a counselor I spent nearly ten years doing nursing social work for a long term care facility.
