Hello! I’m Amy Monreal, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples find healing and connection. Maybe you are in a relationship where conflict is difficult to navigate, and you feel stuck in patterns that leave you feeling frustrated and alone. It can be hard to navigate these patterns on our own. I believe every person deserves healing and relationships that are safe, supportive, and loving.

Hi there, I'm Molly. It takes courage to make changes in your life, and I'm here to support you on this journey. You are at a turning point, taking a step in a positive direction, and that’s something to be proud of. Often, when we find ourselves at the doorstep of a therapist, we know things need to change, but we might not know how to change them or where to start. My approach to therapy is a bit different. I like to focus on the totality of why you have come to therapy. We tend to seek out a therapist when something or someone has triggered us and shaken our foundation. The question is, what's the trigger? What's happening?
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of New York, Colorado, and New Jersey, I've had the opportunity to work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families in various settings.
