My work involves helping you to find what is missing and how we can work together to get what you need.
Hi! My name is Jill Thomas. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Boise State University in 2013 and received an advanced degree in Business from Vanderbilt University in 2020. I am trained in perinatal mental health, EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, DBT, CBT and utilize somatic therapies whenever I can. I am a yoga teacher and find movement to be a valuable tool.
I have a wide-ranging education background in counseling, receiving my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. I am experienced in helping with many concerns including, but not limited to; self concepts, mood disorders (anxiety, depression, etc), coping skills, effective communication skills, gender specific issues, family systems, body image, relapse prevention, chemical dependency, and anger management.
Hey there, I’m Becca! I’m really glad you found your way here. My clients often come to me in the middle of big life transitions, wrestling with identity, meaning, or relationships, or just trying to feel more at home in their own minds. Others are looking for practical tools to regulate emotions and create meaningful change. In our work together, we make space for the messy parts, explore what matters most to you, and create a safe, authentic connection where you can feel fully seen. My goal is to offer a warm, collaborative space where you don’t have to have it all figured out — just come as you are.
