As an independent licensed clinical social worker, with 12 plus years of experience and a current Ph.D. student, I approach therapy as a collaborative process centered on compassion, authenticity, and growth. My style is down-to-earth and supportive, while also gently challenging when needed to help you uncover patterns and build lasting change. I draw from evidence-based approaches—including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices—while always tailoring the work to your unique needs and strengths.
