Hi, I'm Aileen Pineda Torres, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University.
I work with individuals and families navigating some of life's most complex challenges — anxiety, depression, and relational, family, social, and cultural issues. I believe that no matter what you're carrying, you don't have to face it alone. My goal is to offer a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to find your path forward.
** As of May 5, 2026, I have two openings available—Monday at 9:30am and Tuesday at 2:00pm. If either time works well for you, please feel free to schedule a consultation call so we can connect. **
Congratulations on taking an important first step in helping yourself live a happier, healthier life. I've proudly been in the helping profession as a LPC and LCADC for over 25 years, working with people who are either thinking about or wanting to make changes in their lives. I work with adults with mental health and addiction issues as well as people experiencing overwhelming emotions that prevent them from living their best lives.
