

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (licensed in NJ and PA) who works with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma symptoms, relationship challenges, disordered eating or eating disorders. Many of my clients choose to work with me because I specialize in enhancing relationship health while treating mental health symptoms and behaviors. I'll help you strengthen and build fulfilling relationships while applying techniques that will relieve your symptoms.

My clinical background includes working with individuals at the PHP, IOP, and residential level of care. I have worked in a DBT based program. I have experience working with individuals with mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, self-harm, suicidal ideation, substance use, and eating disorders.
I have a M.S. Mental Health Counseling graduate degree with a specialization in Substance Abuse Disorder, a M.A. Psychology graduate degree and an undergraduate B.A. Psychology degree.
I have worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, detox and rehab facilities, outpatient PCP and IOP mental health and individual private practice. I have worked with a range of different clients from many different backgrounds and ages (children, preteen, teen, adult and elderly).
Evelyn Rosa, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in child, adolescent, and adult mental health. At Beyond Mental Health and Wellness, patients receive comprehensive, evidence-based psychiatric evaluations and personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Nicole Clark is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the State of New Jersey. She received her bachelors and masters from Monmouth University where she completed the five year BSW/MSW program with a concentration in clinical practice with families and children. Nicole has experience in both outpatient and telehealth settings where she has worked with various ages from children, college students, and older adults providing mental health treatment. Nicole has experience in treating those suffering with grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and other disorders
