I am a licensed clinical Social Worker and have over 20 years of experience in Health/Mental Health Social Work and Counseling.
I have a kind approach and attempt to meet you where you are on your journey.
I offer a variety of therapies to fit clients needs. I provide treatment to children, pre-teens, adolescents, and adults, for a variety of mental health concerns.
Services include:
Many of my clients appear high-functioning on the outside but internally struggle with anxiety, trauma, overthinking, relationship patterns, or persistent feelings of guilt and self-doubt. They often understand their patterns intellectually yet still feel stuck repeating them. I specialize in EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach that helps the brain process difficult or overwhelming experiences so they no longer feel as emotionally intense, allowing clients to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy works best not by giving quick fixes, but by creating a space where we can slow down together and get curious about what's underneath the surface; your patterns, your pain, your hopes, and the parts of you that may have been left behind along the way.
Hi! My name is Deetza (Franklin) Rosen, LMHC. I work with children (age 7-14), teenage girls, their parents, and women of all ages. I have a Masters in School Counseling from Seton Hall University as well as a license in Mental Health counseling. I specialize in helping children of all ages and stages to develop emotion regulation skills. I specialize in treating anxiety.
I work from a strength based perspective to provide solution-focused counseling for a range of life issues. By focusing on needs and goals we begin to uncover strengths and resources to help create a sustainable future.

Everyone deserves to feel better! As such, the ultimate goal of my work is to help clients identify goals and obstacles holding them back from a fulfilling life. Whether managing daily challenges, major life transitions, or persistent stressors, I meet the individual on their journey. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients have the freedom to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This process allows the client to build a higher sense of awareness and empowerment.
Hi, I’m Cindy and I want you to know this: you don’t have to go through it alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying it all, therapy can be a space to exhale, reflect, and gently begin again.
I come to this work not only as a clinician but as a human being shaped by my own lived experience. I’m a proud Trinidadian-American who migrated to the U.S. at a young age, and I know what it’s like to navigate different worlds, expectations, and identities. That background helps me show up with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for the unique path each client walks.
I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Social Work at Simmons University, and my clinical experience has focused on supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, burnout, and issues related to identity and belonging. I have a special heart for clients who are used to being the strong ones, the caregivers, the first-gen trailblazers, the ones who hold space for everyone else.
In our work together, you can expect warmth, honesty, and collaboration. I use a relational and strengths-based approach, integrating tools from CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, but more importantly, I meet you where you are, honoring your pace and your story.
This is your space to feel seen, to feel safe, and to explore what healing could look like for you. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
