Hi! I'm Christine Kilgallen, LPC. I've been in the counseling field for 12+ years and have worked with adults, children, and families with a variety of mental health needs. While most of my work is with folks who experience anxiety, depression, and grief, I have also worked with clients who struggle with trauma, substance use, mood disorders, and psychosis. I have training and experience with evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I have Bachelor and Master Degrees in Social Work. I have worked in various areas in social services, from child welfare to transplant. Mental health is important and the effects on the body must be acknowledged. I am advocate for patients learning their voice and knowing they matter!
